I can help you identify your strengths and resources to develop hope and resilience in your life. My approach reflects my training in Emotion Focused Therapy. I utilize various modalities depending on the needs of the client, including but not limited to: client-centered expressive arts, sand tray therapy, problem-solving, mindfulness, Collaborative Problem Solving, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Through the counseling relationship, we can explore and give voice to the difficult experiences, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, which may be interfering with living the meaningful and valuable life that is important to you.
