Sarah Mudd, PLPC, NBCCH
I believe in an empathetic collaborative approach to counseling. I work with clients who are pre-teen, adolescents, or adults. Being genuine and having unconditional positive regard for clients are things I value most in the therapeutic relationship.
My passion and main specialization is helping my clients overcome anxiety, panic disorders, phobias, and past trauma. Together, we will create a plan to gradually take steps that will help you to overcome the fear and worry that you face.
For families dealing with substance abuse, I provide support and counseling for the children and siblings of individuals dealing with addiction. At times, I also conduct support groups for the family members of individuals with substance abuse struggles.
Finally, I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy is an effective tool to help people who want to quit smoking, reduce overeating, and eliminate other problematic behaviors.
